S.C.E.N.A.R
S.C.E.N.A.R (Self Controlled Energo Neuro Adaptive Regulation) was developed by a Russian team of Doctors and Scientists in the late 70’s. Originally developed for the Russian space programme to overcome the unique problems of space travel. The Scientist claim that there are very few illnesses SCENAR could not treat and often cure. Tests conducted in Russia have shown that SCENAR is proven effective in 80% of cases.
The SCENAR uses biofeedback by stimulating the nervous system and helps the body heal itself. A series of signals are sent out through the skin and measure the response. Visible response includes numbness, reddening if skin, stickiness (the devise will have the felling of being magnetically dragged). A change in the numerical readout and an increase in the electronic beeping of the device.
The device helps the C-fibres, which comprise 85% of all the nerves in the body. These react most readily to the electro-stimulation and are responsible for the production of Neuropeptides and other regulatory peptides.
The device is run over the spine and abdomen or the affected area. A gentle tingling or stroking sensation will be felt. The practitioner is looking for any changes on the skin surface. Although these areas may not seem to directly relate to the pain or symptoms, but by treating these asymmetries (as the Russians call them), the healing process is able to commence.
The chemical compounds released by the nerves affect not only the problem areas; they also circulate in the blood treating other areas of the body. This explains why old and forgotten problems are brought to the surface during a course of treatment.
They say that SCENAR proves effective in 80% of all cases of which a full recovery occurs in 2/3rds of them and a significant healing in the rest.
In the UK SCENAR is licensed for pain relief only. However because of the nature of the device stimulating the nervous system the Russians experience is that it affects the whole body and it’s systems.
